The Healthy Start Program (HSP) is a free program offered by MassHealth. The program provides:
- early, comprehensive and continuous prenatal careobstetrical care
- family planning
You are eligible if you:
- are a pregnant womanare a resident of Massachusetts
- meet the Plan's income guidelines
